We regrettably cannot ship to Italy or South America.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 4 working days and the delivery time will be dictated by your location.
Return Policy
We ship orders within four business days, often sooner.

If you have a problem with your order, or an item has been damaged in transit, please notify us by emailing mike@mikechadwickmgmt.com with your transaction ID and as much information as possible (damage description, photos if possible). We operate an exchange only return policy, but will ensure damaged goods are replaced.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email mike@mikechadwickmgmt.com with your transaction ID and new address. If an item has already been shipped to an outdated address, you will be notified if and when the order is returned and if we do not hear from you within 10 working days after our notification is email is sent, we will return the item/s to our stock and refund the amount, minus shipping costs. Any additional costs as a result of shipping address updates will be the buyer's responsibility.
